Service Boundaries
HSR Legacy provides educational and consultative workplace wellbeing support for organizations. It is not an Employee Assistance Programme, and it is designed to complement your existing EAP or healthcare provision, not replace it. It does not provide emergency, crisis, or on-call clinical support, and it does not provide employee psychotherapy.
Hendrina’s qualifications are not a US clinical license. HSR Legacy’s corporate programmes are educational and consultative, not psychotherapy for employees.
Confidentiality & Reporting
Individual session details are not shared with the employer. Any reporting provided to your organization is limited to anonymized utilization information and broad, non-identifying themes. Personal details from individual sessions are not shared with the employer except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to respond to an immediate safety concern.
Delivery & Operations
- Sessions are delivered online via Zoom.
- In-person delivery may be arranged where agreed in advance and reflected in your service agreement.
- Booking is by a 15-minute discovery call; a proposal follows if there is a good fit.
- Standard cancellation notice is 24 hours; late cancellations or no-shows are counted as used. Exact terms are confirmed in your service agreement.
- HSR Legacy responds to routine HR and programme enquiries within two business days.
- Every programme starts with a planning conversation so content and delivery can be shaped around your organization, rather than delivered as a generic template.
