Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No. HSR Legacy’s corporate programmes are educational and consultative. They are designed to build awareness, language and practical skills for HR, managers and teams. They are not psychotherapy for employees, and they don’t replace individual clinical care.
Who are the programmes designed for?
HR leaders, People teams, founders, managers, and the teams they lead, looking for practical, structured support around workplace wellbeing and emotional resilience.
Can HSR work alongside our EAP?
Yes. HSR Legacy is designed to complement your existing Employee Assistance Programme or healthcare provision, not replace it. Employees who need clinical support continue to be directed to your existing provision.
Do you provide crisis or emergency support?
No. HSR Legacy’s programmes are educational and consultative, not emergency or crisis services. Employees who need urgent support should continue to use your organization’s existing emergency, crisis, or EAP resources.
Do you deliver internationally?
Programmes are delivered online, which allows HSR Legacy to work with organizations and teams in different locations. Specific delivery regions will be confirmed during your discovery call.
Are sessions online or in person?
Sessions are primarily delivered online by video call. This keeps programmes accessible across locations and time zones.
Can sessions be delivered in English and Spanish?
Yes. Programmes can be delivered in English or Spanish, depending on what best supports your team.
Can sessions be customized?
Yes. Every programme starts with a planning conversation so content can be shaped around what your organization is actually facing, rather than delivered as a generic template.
Can we begin with a single pilot session?
Yes. The Workplace Wellbeing Talk is a single 60-minute live session and works well as a starting point before considering a longer programme or partnership.
How is confidentiality handled?
Individual conversations within sessions are treated as confidential. Where utilization themes are shared with HR (for example, within the Organizational Wellbeing Partnership), they are anonymized and reported at a thematic level only, never in a way that identifies individuals.
Are employee sessions reported back to HR?
No individual session content is shared with HR. Where reporting exists at all, such as in the Organizational Wellbeing Partnership, it is anonymized and limited to thematic trends, not individual employees.
What happens after the discovery call?
You’ll receive a tailored recommendation based on what came up during the call. If it’s a good fit, we’ll confirm scope and dates together before anything is delivered.
How is pricing calculated?
Each programme has a starting price. Final pricing depends on scope, organization size, preparation required and delivery format, and is confirmed after your discovery call.
What is the minimum commitment for the Partnership?
The Organizational Wellbeing Partnership has an initial three-month term, with final scope confirmed in your service agreement.
Is there a tool employees can use for reflection between sessions?
Yes. HSR Legacy also owns and operates Echo Journey, a private reflective journaling companion built by Hendrina Sterling Rodriguez. Organizations working with HSR Legacy can introduce Echo Journey to employees as a self-guided, bilingual space for reflection between workshops and sessions. It is not a clinical tool and does not replace therapy or your existing EAP.
